For Sandeep life is not a race but a consciousness filled with awe and wonder. He loves nature and divides his time between deeper Himalayas, an ashram in Rishikesh, college in Nagpur, and with his family in Jaipur. Every day is like a little experiment filled with endless possibilities. He says that he has stopped working a long time back. Now, all that is left is love and this love is manifested in different facets of his life; be it teaching MBA kids in a college or taking people to the Himalayas to rediscover themselves or teaching Yoga philosophy to curious souls, teaching Yoga philosophy to the seekers in the west or reading Upnishads or Kabira. Sandeep welcomes you all to be a part of this amazing journey called SLC Himalayas where you will not conquer mountains but conquer self by going deep within.

Dr. Sandeep Gupta comes with a rich experience in the field of education, entrepreneurship and naturopathy. Having more than 25 years of experience in government, industry and education sector, he was recognized as the top management faculty in this domain. He is also a founder, consultant and advisor in more than 6 start-ups across the globe.
Prof. Sandeep has done engineering from NIT, MBA from Thunderbird, USA and PhD from IIFT, Delhi.

Arvind Ashiya

He is a profound pedagogy professor in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Fiction writing is his passion. He loves travelling, watching cinema and reading books. Silence is luxury for him. Sea shore and mountains always attracts him. Marco, Helly, Paulo Choelo, Roald Dahl and many more fiction writers are his favourite. In Hindi he is a fan of Nirmal Verma, Manohar Shyam Joshi, Manisha Kulshrestha, Pankaj Mitra, Udai Prakash etc. Readers’ reactions always enlighten his path and he strongly believes that – ‘Creation of literature follows the mirage rules of Physics and whatever is happening in Society reflects in the literature‘

Dr Arvind Assiyaa comes with more than 35 years of experience as a teacher, researcher and a writer. He is a profound contributor in the field of literature and is a part of various academic groups and workshops conducted by Universities, State Academics, Sahitya Academy to name a few. He has written more than 10 books in Rajasthani and Hindi languages including poems and proses. His book ‘Katha’ – a book of stories was also awarded by Rajasthan Sahitya Academi Bikaner as best prose in 2003. Sinjhya (2018) and Gandhi’s Nai Talim and Education (2019) are his latest release.

Deepali Gupta
Live the talk

Deepali live the talk. Her quest for disseminating Yoga is amazing. She has been giving Yoga classes for quite some time and is also a naturopath by heart and training. She is also an avid trekker and has gone up to 20K feet on Himalayas and has traversed deep into Himalayas in Garhwal, Kumaon and Sikkim region in India on foot and loved every part of it.

She is an economist by education and has done several long courses in Yoga, naturopathy and Ayurveda. She has also been taught Yoga in Rishikesh by none other than Usha Ji, Kamal ji and many others. She considers Himalayas her 2nd home and has spent lot of time in Ashrams in Rishikesh learning and living yoga.

Amit Gupta
A serial failure

A serial failure, entrepreneurial and otherwise, Amit’s only regret is that he did not fail enough. So he is not that robust, still. With pretentions of a business historian, having a special interest in traditional Indian knowledge, he right now is an academic gunslinger. Alongside researching for ‘that’ big book, he co-teaches at various B Schools, as and when his services are required. Pertinent to note is that he was destroyed very early in life by virtue of taking Tintin seriously; whatever remained was finished off by Nassim Taleb.
